Shannyn Merlo is the founder of Inspired Outcomes Consulting, a business built on the desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Shannyn is passionate about supporting small business owners as they navigate the ups and downs (and side-ways) of running a business. She is deeply passionate about building values-based, fun and productive workplaces and happy, high-performing teams.
Shannyn draws on over 20 years of experiences from diverse roles in management, marketing, project and operations management in a variety of industries. These include NGOs, sport, technology, education and financial services. It is this background that brings strategic and creative problem solving to her client’s challenges.
Shannyn also believes that being a great leader requires not just the nuts and bolts of business but also working on the internal game. So she challenges her clients to have a growth mindset to change the way they think, allowing them to be more efficient, better communicators and run better businesses.
